The teacher uses formal and informal methods to measure student progress, then manages and analyzes student data to inform instruction.
To show that I use formal and informal methods to measure student progress and also manage and analyze student data to inform instruction, I included a link to a Quizizz assessment (formal) Excel document showing the results by student and each question. By showing the results of each student, I was able to adjust the instruction and decide whether something or a specific subtopic needed to be reviewed before we moved onto the second part of the lesson. Once reviewing the data, I concluded that the lesson and material had been mastered. This assessment was for a middle school SCORES classroom and our lesson was about the acronym DIXI ROYD.
